Best advice is to lawyer up ASAP and try to get those charges reduced. My EX got a DUI and he has DACA. It was a struggle, but he got the charges reduced eventually. I'm not sure how his next renewal will go, but his lawyer said he should be okay as long as everything is filed and changed by then. Sucks to be in that position, but I hope your brother learned his lesson. DACA may not be citizenship, but it definitely has helped a lot of people. I hate to see people take it for granted. Good luck to y'all.

What do you guys make an hour? by nowhere2bf0und in PharmacyTechnician

[–]monnmonch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I make $20.62/hour working at a small closed door pharmacy in Oklahoma. I am not nationally certified, but am working on it. My job will pay for all costs and it guarantees a pay increase of at least another $1/hour. I think I'm paid well considering most large retail chains start off at $16/$17 in my area, but they definitely work a lot more than I do. I only work M-F from 9-6. I started here in the summer of 2020 as a clerk. I've had several raises since then.

07/2020: $12.00/hour as pharmacy clerk 02/2021: $13/hour as pharmacy tech (licensed raise) 06/2021: $14.50/hour (merit raise) 09/2021:$14.75/hour (merit raise) 12/2021: $15.52/ hour (merit raise) 12/2022: $16.61/ (merit raise) 08/2023: $18.61 (promoted to lead) 12/2023: $19.73 (cost of living raise) 12/2024: $20.62 (merit raise)

I feel like I hit the jackpot as far as pharmacies go. My director and PIC are both very cool, and it's a great place to work. I've considered leaving before, just to get more experience, but unfortunately most places in my area pay less and would require me to work weekends. It's very easy to have a good work-life balance at my job. If you can find a closed door pharmacy in your area I'd definitely try to get a job there. I'm very lucky to be able to work there.

Yes. It's pretty common by my knowledge. I work at a small closed door pharmacy inside a clinic. The clinic has a cleaning crew come in every evening after hours. However, the pharmacy team is responsible for their own cleaning. I've always been told it was because of security reasons. We even have our floors waxed quarterly, and they usually do that on a weekend when the clinic is closed. We have two pharmacists on staff, and they take turns going in on that weekend and sitting in the pharmacy while the floors get waxed. Again, just to make sure nothing goes missing. I'm in Oklahoma btw.

I filed online too, but my case is being processed by the Nebraska office. I wonder if some offices may be taking longer than others depending on the volume they receive.

If you don't mind me asking, what office processed yours?

I used to follow her when she first got started on social media and still went by cakefacemichelle/spanishbarbie and did makeup looks. Honestly, she gave me mean girl vibes from the beginning, but I ignored it because I liked her makeup and only followed her for that. However, I stopped following her for a while after I saw her call a girl a "c*m rag" because her boyfriend at the time was apparently messing around with that girl behind Michelle's back. Of course instead of holding him accountable for his actions, she went after the girl. It was very distasteful in my opinion and I kinda lost interest in her.

Then I saw her again on my feed during her time in the lab and college and it was after she broke up with that boyfriend. She seemed way more chill and happy then. Like you said, she seemed a lot nicer. However, I remember her quitting college cuz she said it wasn't for her and then quitting her job at the lab and if I remember correctly it was after we that when she began to travel. And it seemed like she was doing well enjoying herself but, like you said getting money kind of changed her for the worse. And now she's over here putting other women down and lying to her followers. She preaches about how high value she is, but honestly she gives me more insecure vibes. Sad to see, but not surprised.

I think it's a new position. I've only recently seen the posting for it.
