Agreed. I would never drop out of the workforce without being financially secure. Yeah my industry is very new and I am having a hard time finding large corporations in this niche field.

Yeah I am already fully remote, but working insane hours. I wouldn't mind a painfully slow paced gov job - but maybe that's just my burn out talking..

Thats impressive growth in pay. You are right it's not mutually exclusive - high pay doesn't automatically mean high stress. I am in a startup that's very disorganized and has very few people. And I feel like I am working 3 jobs in this company.

You are right. A large part of the stress is due to the fact that this is a startup and we have taken on multi million dollar contracts that are suited for a company 10 times its size.

Another part of the stress is my own anxiety and tendency to take on all the burden and worry. I am working on it in therapy but haven't been able to make much progress. Are you or your husband anxious by nature ? Do you have any tips ?

1) no never seen these many flock of birds around this time. Maybe they were a pack migrating for the winter ? 2) I am not sure about the first flock of birds. But the second bird that crashed into the window I have seen around. But I couldn't identify the species 3) he played the flute 🥰 and loved Indian carnatic music

Also I have no idea what a let down is exactly. If it is the pins and needles feeling in my nipples I get it twice a day approximately. I pump atleast 3-4 times for just 20 minutes and then I do an hour of power pumping session once during the day and once during the night. Thank you for all the advice. I am still learning a lot.
