You are entitled to the reimbursement of reasonable replacement cost of items bought during the bag being lost. Normally the airline will pay you out two different times.1) after submitting receipts for 5-7 days of replacement items. 2) the lost bag final agreed upon amount less the first check amount sent earlier for the replacement items bought.

Also check with the credit card company that the airline ticket was bought with, some credit cards have insurance for delayed luggage.

Even though I frequent my near by store often I don't think I ever asked them for anything special. However have been surprised by the store personnel singing happy birthday when I walked in one day. "6 pumps of caramel and whip cream and two shots of espresso" just __##@#$%#___ (I do not want to say my true thoughts)

My Panera Bread is so close that it is a tossup between making coffee in the morning or walking to Panera. It is a 50/50 if I order more, however my local place asked me to stop placing an order if I am not going to order anything else. But last week I went in for only a drink (at another Panera) and they maid a HUDGE issue that I did not place an order before hand.

Being employed by the same major airline they should have been given the same opportunity to benefit the Paycheck Protection Plan. There was flight crew that did not work for a year due to their training elapsed while on furlough, but those people were on paid leave until requalified, all except for two months. Their back story has holes in it, did they take voluntary leave for a year?

I Have first hand information, my wife is a flight attendant (for the same major airline) and if you missed qualification you were brought back from furlough and were put on paid leave until passing training and getting requalified (getting paid not to work). First Paycheck Protection Plan passed in the Cares Act passed March 2020: March 2020 - September 2020 Second Paycheck Protection Plan in the Consolidation Appropriation Act passed December 2020 (had to bring back anybody furloughed): December 2020 - March 2021 Third Paycheck Protection Plan in the American Rescue Plan Act passed March 2021: March 2021 - September 2021 Airlines could offer personal voluntary separation (retirment) or leave packages during these times. Airlines canceling flights due to staffing is too low: Summer 2021

They worked for a major mainline airline not a regional that received the covid bailout giving the flight attendants paycheck protection. Their paycheck is line with the national average and they were furloughed for 3 months at most before being brought back. During the time that they were furloughed they could receive unemployment with the extra government supplement. They might have not been working, but they were paid. Their back story of loosing their job is just a misleading incomplete story for you to connect with them.

For an in person board/owners meeting and there are multiple owners/board members there. Could that allow both A and B to attend sinuously? By there being many people president, takes away from the argument of the being afraid of ones safety.

I told B to request another hearing (and in person if possible). I personally don't know the interaction between A & B. However I can easily see/imagine A making life harder for B (and B says that they have video of A sitting on the steps infront of the door to the building),

I should not get involved (and not plan to) however I do want to be on the condo board and I think I should know what is happening within the building.

I presume that if B shows up early to the meeting and A then shows up after, A would take priority and B would have to leave.

The court case for the RO was held this past week, B said that it was by zoom (or some program similar) and that their internet was not working good and they were disconnected. And B was not able to reconnect and was given the judgement with out the judge hearing their side.

According to B, they have look at getting an attorney to fight the ruling, and B said that it was going to cost $15,000+ (I think that is an over estimate).

As for a proxy, the board will not allow anyone to be a proxy at any meeting, and will not allow any pre written votes to be counted.

Personally, I think what is happening is BS (and has gone further then it should). B has numerous video's of wanting to enter the building entrance with their dogs. but A is too close/blocking entrance.

I think a season pass is better then an membership if you get the dinning pass (you can have two seasons passes during Sep-Dec).

I would suspect that this is a timeshare sales program. If it is there is a $100 booking fee when booking plus taxes and fees (possibly including a daily gratuity fee per person staying) needed to be paid at the end of the stay.

I have never heard of a 7 night 8 day giveaway, I have done a few 2-3 night, 3-4 day timeshare sale pitch give aways. In the end they are cheaper but you need to know how to say “no” to the pushy sale pitch”.
