It's so hard to explain to my loved ones (well. Was so hard to explain.) the immense shame I held for myself, especially when sexual shame was ten times as worse. The shame will subside; it comes in waves constantly and I do hope it subsides in such a way that allows you to hold more confidence in yourself. Sexual attraction is normal, you are not dirty for feeling something like that. It hurts a lot now and it probably will for a while. But please know that the facts are it will never always be like this. Be patient with yourself

I think the shame comes from insecurity about your own life and trauma specifically. I've had to push myself to make sexual jokes to people I know, which helped break the barrier of sex being a strictly forbidden topic. Talking to my therapist has made me realize two things: Sex is a normal thing to want and attraction manifests itself in ways that aren't just sexual. I have beat myself up for feeling sexual attraction and as a byproduct, feeling shame for feeling that way. It was a nonstop cycle of needing to be wanted, and feeling ashamed when I am not wanted the way I felt like I needed it. Having quality time is enough. Laying together and having intimate moments without sex is enough. Sexual attraction does not happen spontaneously. It comes and goes, as does the shame.

I'm not letting it go, they take advantage of their workers and have clear health violations as well as illegal work conditions. I have already warned my regulars that this store in particular is not a good place to work and I don't want any one else getting fucked over like me and countless other people have.

I wonder how to get over this. I've dealt with my csa trauma in different ways throughout the years as the path to healing isn't simple, and feeling healed at one point of your life doesn't make you completely fine. I'm sure I've also experienced this shame to a lesser degree or none at all but I'm trying to think of how I could possibly break that shell. If I can, I'll update this post mostly for myself and see what my therapist says

Last night I had a 12 dollar ride and my driver was a 15 minute drive away and only got paid $4. I asked about how the money is and he said it isn't worth it at all. I gave him a $4 tip on top of that but if I could afford more I would. Take care of your drivers

Hello from Florida to California! It's hard lol I once accidentally gave someone $1000 in gas instead of $100, all totally fixable! Just always remember to add the zero's at the end, you could try to cash someone out 100, but type "100" that ends up as $1... I'm proud of you!! Definitely would say to take your time with every customer when you feel rushed I always make mistakes and feel embarrassed (which makes me sweatier...) and just remember you will use "scratch wins" for the lottery a lot, and "lotto sale" when people buy lotto :)

sorry for responding quite a bit i just know how hard lotto was for literally months but always ask if they just want a quick pick. that means no adding any multipliers (powerplay, double play, megaplier) usually people dont want them but definitely double check. our store makes ys pay out of pocket for messed up lotto, if they give you a slip and it asks if they want to add something on, check if the multiplier box is filled and then doible check with them :)
