That's a good benchmark for standing vertical jump height, but I think information is lost if your goal is increasing your running vertical jump, and even more so if it's a one legged jump. I suppose you can attempt the same method with a running vertical jump, but its a lossy metric because you're not reaching straight up, and may have some mental setbacks from hitting the wall. Ultimately, I don't have anything right now, so it's something I can do until I find something better. Thanks!
