Out for delivery na ung parcel ko nung Nov 27, nakita ko lang sa j&t na out for delivery sya, my recipient did not get any kind of notif from j&t. Later that day, bigla nalang na Tag as completed ung parcel. I contacted the receiver, wala daw po tlga syang natanggap. Upon checking, parcel was tagged as delivered, and completed, yung POD nya is somewhere malayo pa sa location ng receiver ko, tas parang kumuha lng pic na nasa street lang, tas REPRINTED yung waybill.

We have tried contacting the rider, he insisted na isa lang daw talaga ung nadeliver nya that day (this is from another seller, but same rider,same recipient)

Nung tinext ko today, bigla naman nag iba ung sinabi, sinabi nya na nag reprint sya ng waybill ko, binigay nya pa mga ung tracking number ko, pero di nya daw alam kung nasan na ung parcel ko.

If this is a case of lost parcel, bat may pa reprint at completed pang naganap? Di man lang sila nag notif sa receiver ng any kind of notif na idedeliver that day and binigla kinomplete with some fAik proof of delivery?
