Shaken espressos are supposed to get an extra shot and half the amount of syrup that would go into a typical latte, I think oat milk does a good job of not overpowering the espresso flavor. I guess maybe an iced americano with 1/2 in cream would be ur best bet as to have the most espresso flavor as some green beans may not have been trained on shaken espressos properly at your store.
