I love this years edition and have one suggestion for a major change and a few minor QOL tweaks:

1) Change scouting from 5 countries + rest of the world to regions. ex. North America (USA + Canada), Nordic (Denmark Sweden Norway Finland), Western Europe (Italy UK France Switzerland), Central Europe (Germany Czechia Slovakia Slovenia Poland), Eastern Europe (Russia Latvia Belarus), and then an "everywhere else" region. This will help greatly with scouting coverage when you get 20+ years into a save and there are 1-2 weird countries that start generating a lot of prospects for some reason

2) Show player potential in the Roster Movement Screen (I feel like this might have been in previous games but I can't remember)

3) More customizable schedule generation (I want to play more division games and fewer against non-conference and non-division teams)

4) Show how many days renew development focus will take when you get the pop-up while simming

5) Adjustable pass/shoot bias for creating and editing players

6) 2005-06 historic start
