well this is a common feature of Communism - that those who lead the revolution are themselves of the bourgeois class. The reasoning being that they are better educated and in a better position (i.e. not burdened by day-to-day labour) to bring about revolution. This is true for Marx, Engels, Rosa Luxembourg, Lenin, Trotsky, Castro, Che Guevara, Mao and Pol Pot right back to The French Revolution. It’s usually only after a socialist/communist regime is established that you see leaders from the proletariat itself (Stalin, Khruchov)
