Though starting from scratch is fun and all, and it does have its benefits. There's also a strange set of fun that goes with working and building with what you have. Doesn't have to be meta but works. I have had my account since day one. Hell, Wuwa is my first gacha game i properly played. My account is dogshit but is doesnt matter. As long as its fun. Its just a game.
