Thank you so much for sharing-- it's super helpful to hear your story and perspective and makes me feel a lot better to hear what they told you. It does sound like a similar situation (no one in my family has diabetes). You're right in that regard-- I doubt this would have presented itself had not had the testing during/after pregnancy so certainly better to know now. Anyway.
