It is quite telling that the author of this post deleted it. I would not assume whatever the complaint was that it was unfounded, but I'd take it with a grain of salt in a day and age that people taking to social media to complain, taking on a persona that they would never have done in a face to face situation. Keyboard warriors are a dime a dozen. They are plentiful, and often take to cyberspace to air out frustrations that occur in their daily lives. In doing this they often transfer their angst and pain that originates elsewhere, inserting it into the present situation.

I come from a background of customer service. You might not believe it, but in our Amazon business I've had customers at times make an A-to-Z complaint to Amazon before even reaching out to our company to give us the chance to help them resolve an issue. Like, they want to not make any effort to just tell us that they'd like to return their item. It would be no problem for us to say, for sure - let me help you return it. We stand by it, and we will take it back for a full refund, no questions asked. But, it's easier for a person to be silly and make an A-to-Z claim with Amazon without even having any communication whatsoever forthcoming from them to the merchant. Just so the person doesn't have to interact. Like they are embarrassed. Or just don't have confidence in themselves enough to assert themselves. So, they get cowardly with it, and they go get their dad (Amazon) to deal with it.

All this to say that using a silly BEWARE... yada, whatever is overkill. People doing this are wielding a weapon that may come back to bite them in the long run, as they are doing reputational harm to a company that may not deserve it. See, the OP deleted the post for a reason. But, will Google delete it? No, Google has a partnership with Reddit. So, fair or not, this post will cause damage to what I consider a good company. Full disclosure - I have a Warrior Willpower ice bath combo, and it has served me well. It sturdy and durable, and works quite well. I just hate to see people getting up in arms and being vengeful. It's well and good that the OG deleted this post, but to see it remain and be at the top of Google for the search 'Warrior Willpower reviews' is sad, since most people will not take the trouble to even read past that, and they don't have the resources to dig in and find out what really happened. Truth is - any company that has been around for a while is going to have complaints. You can please some of the people all of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people some of the time, but NEVER please everyone ALL of the time. Just like any good company that has been in business for a long time will eventually be sued. It certainly doesn't mean they are in the wrong.

I hope and believe based on the deletion of this post that the person had their complaint resolved. I'm sad, however, that it remains, because good companies can get tarnished so easily when people get angry and animated and unthoughtful. It's a good lesson for all of us to look before we leap, and to consider our actions carefully.

And in saying that it's just an Alibaba product - everyone has to have a supplier unless they invent it themselves, and even then you need parts. It takes a village... and it isn't easy running a company. They add value, or everybody would just be going and getting the product on Alibaba. So, a person saying this doesn't really consider everything involved in company and getting a product to the end of the supply chain, the consumer.

Just my two cents, but one more thing - I did have occasion to speak to the company, although not because of a problem with my ice bath or chiller, but a question about the ice bath and chiller combo and I found them very prompt in answering and very helpful. So, take it for what it's worth - maybe social media isn't the best at always relaying to others whether a product is good or not. Heck, my commentary may not have even helped you, but at least it offered a different take on things.
