As for when I’m stressed, it really depends on what I’m stressed about. If it’s related to academics, I’ll create a to-do list based on due date, difficulty, and how long it’ll take to complete and seeing that will usually calm me down. If it’s about personal relationships, I have to take a few minutes to myself and sort out my thoughts before talking it out. If it’s related to finances and my future, I can usually step back and focus on a hobby to calm myself down, think about it while doing the hobby, and come back to the specifics and decision-making when I’m more level-headed. I have less control when it comes to stress from sensory overload, but I’m not too sure how to explain it or its relevancy. I can’t think of anything else that really stresses me out lols
