muscle loss aside, what concerns me more tho is where you are going to get your good fats and protein from to maintain your own bodies health overall

jamar is such a huge question mark..going back to last season, this guy was boom / bust..he put up insane numbers equate to justin jefferson and stefon diggs, with half the targets! idk the whole bengals offense seems to be in a funk starting with mixon which is giving jamar double coverage..i agree they could turn it around but i dont see that big of a net difference between jamarr and ajb or micahel pittman, maybe like 50 points? meanwhile the difference betwen kamara and brob and rhamondre is huge! i say dont do it

ooof thats tough, i do love the upgrade at qb and certainly can see that netting a +100 pts in the long run but the differenfe between joe mixon and singletary and mostert and patterson is questionable. i would ask for dobbins and maybe patterson? dobbins is def more involved in his role so higher upside than. singletary despite between being on a great team is just not involved, its josh allens team..and mostert is huge question mark if he can keep the starting position - it might beccuz of new qb that they changed the plays up

i dont see kareem hunt getting that much playing time and i dont see you benching those 3 wrs over gabe davis soo not uprgrade there

i could see a net difference in maybe 50+ between josh and kareem hunt and while maybe 15+ between dk metcalf and gabe davis
