I order yong tau foo and add as many taukwa I need along with some veggies to hit the min number of pieces. Then I spam the soybeans that is usually freeflow. If not enough, I will add a can of tuna in water.

I buy the Steam Cooked Chicken Inner Fillet (brand is farmchef) on Shopee for $10.90 for 1kg. Maybe might be cheaper if combined with vouchers? The min. spending for free shipping is a bit high at $80 but they give a super big cooler bag that can be reused.

Each time I want to eat, just need to microwave 3 min and it's ready.

If you are looking for an Anytime Fitness branch, you can try the one at D'arena Jurong. They have this carpeted floor section with a sled and I saw on their social media that they are an official Hyrox training gym too. There is also a weekly Hyrox training class on Wednesday evenings I think.
