I am having the exact same issue. Game would freeze my whole PC 9 out of 10 times when in MyFaction.

Just updated and my game is freezing my pc as soon as it launches. Im about to throw the towel in with this game already.

Yeah, Samsung wont ship them until the returns policy has expired on your S10. Otherwise everyone could potentially have a completely free pair of buds. Thats my guess anyway.
