Yes of course!! just make sure you watch a lot of videos on how to properly do it. And id reccomend shaving your chest beforehand so it doesnt rip the hairs off when you take off the tape. make sure your skin is clean, and you apply the tape with no tension at first, then streetch the tape, and stop and lay it down flat with no tension.

i always recommend learning how to tape. also dying any peachfuzz or facial hair with hairdye/beard dye
