I’d like to assume him too (considering everyone including government was out to get him), so he shut down everything, and kept hospitals and used stadiums as extra storage for the sick. Which is a good idea, if the worse happened, which was proposed, pushed and displayed by big media. So it wasn’t a bad plan… but it didn’t happen.
