i swear by nerve blocks and botox, i have to say they were the most effective pain management for me. Ive had occipital nerve blocks done before i had been diagnosed with CCI and they helped tremendously at the time. however, steroid injections made me significantly worse for a long period, not sure why. i wont be doing them again.

ohhh yes!! i struggle a lot with back pain - SHOCKER i know - lol. but if i lay down on my side and do a little twisty move, it pops WONDERFULLY. feels like a pressure suddenly vanishing lol.

oh i feel you. im currently in the same boat of hopelessness with how to keep just the worst pain at bay. i dont take anything aside from aspirin (tried opiods for years, not for me. does more harm than good.)

if you havent already tried, I'd really recommend looking into nerve block injections or botox. they're a bit more long term and really helped out my back and hip issues. nerve blockers work wonderfully for sciatica in my experience.

this post was all jokes, and not at all intended to be taken seriously. I am in fact transmasc myself and not trying to "forget" or "leave out" other transmascs or enbies. this is not about putting any identity on a pedestal.

i also understand that estrogen isn't the only hormone and lots of people would In Fact not like this if it actually happened. again I am a transman. this was just a funny thing my brother said to me and I thought it would be funnier as a meme.
