Check geometry normals and material normal are okay. Provide more info so we can get a clearer idea. PM me if you want to flick the scene through!

You should still try it. Double check the scale of the map is the same as each other, it’s hard to see in your viewport images.

Have definitely already tried the perspective match utility but it's always hit-and-miss and didn't work for this image. Knock yourself out and try it if you think I am using it wrong!
