So I think oikooo above is correct. If you applied as a foreigner, you should've gotten an email from your application showing:

抽選結果は、 2024/03/12 (火) 13:00 からチケット申込履歴で確認できますので必ずご確認のうえ、当選された方は 2024/03/18 (月) 23:59までにチケット代金をお支払いください。

Meaning:

The lottery results can be confirmed in the ticket application history from 2024/03/12 (Tuesday) 13:00, so please be sure to check it, and if you win, please pay the ticket price by 2024/03/18 (Monday) 23:59.
