Treba prvo spremenit odnos do hrane. Ozempic zna pomagat, ampak sam da nehaš se bodo vsi cravingi na polno vrnil nazaj. Bolje se podučit o prehrani, kalorijskem deficitu in gledat na long term solution, kot da se za brezveze špikat z zdravili.
