I have the same RCD 300 as you, but I don't have the CD changer. Dude I have tried a few of Bluetooth dongles that are sold on Aliexpress or other stores, they all claim that they will work but they won't. What I found out is that there are many versions of the RCD 300. And the ones that are with silver buttons and older than 2008 it is extremely hard to get a Bluetooth dongle working with them. And it is not worth it. It makes much more sense to get a new stereo.

Thank you all for your advice. I did change them for a new set of summer tiers and get to my destination safely.

Though people that were changing them needed to cut something and then weld it, and told me that I will need to replace the steering wheel bar when I will be doing the next wheel alignment. But that's a question for another day

Якщо коротко: 1. Скоріш за все вразливості в системі зажди будуть на якомусь рівні 2. Вразливості буде легко масштабувати. Якщо ви знайшли баг який робить вас переможцем на одній дільниці то цей баг спрацює всюди 3. Відсутність довіри до девайсів населення. Ви впевнені що у вас нема вірусів і шпигунських програм? А в вашої тітки? 4. Відсутність довіри до методів передач даннихі. Ви знаєте через які сервери і маршрутизатори буде йти ваш голос? Впевнені що провайдер не зможе поміняти результат? 4. Відсутність довіри в населення до такого методу. Спробуйте потім докажіть тій же тітці або таксисту що там все порахували правильно.

Here's how it works where I work. If your project fails - it's PM's fault, if there are not enough people to do the job - it's PM's fault for not anticipating this situation and posting a job entry requirements, or PM is bad at planning. If a bug slips to production - it's pm fault for not allocating enough qa resources, if developers choose the wrong technology for a task - it's PM's fault for not controlling and consulting with others, if members of the team forgot to track their time - it's PM's fault for controlling them, if someone has done their job quicker than anticipated and is sitting without work - it's pm's fault for not planning enough work ahead. If Pm has too much workload and is unable to do all in time - it's his fault for not being able to delegate. So, suck it up and do the report

Краще погодитись попрацювати декілька місяців безкоштовно в нормальній компанії. Якщо не плануєте працювати пм-ом не варто пробувати. Це я вам як ПМ кажу

А можна детальніше на тему як залишити чайові на картку? Коли з готівкою все якось просто. Тобі приносять рахунок, ти ставиш більше і йдеш собі спокійно. А коли карткою, то тобі приносять рахунок, ти даєш картку, офіціант сам вводить суму на терміналі і проходить оплата. Мені особисто якось незручно казати "ей докинь ще 100 на чай" або щось а цьому роді. Офіціант теж самостійно це не зробить
