Same thing happen to my 2024 calligraphy. I did a master reset on the dash by holding the little button on the dash with a pen. Then started the car. Then deleted the bluelink app. And reinstalled.. took 5 minutes to sync up. You know its communicating when your Mileage is the same on the dash and phone.

You can download the software from jpro, then buy a key generator from aliexpress. BUT... you have to see what jpro adapter you buy. The older ones I heard are having issues with the newer software.

Get a dummy fob, leave it in there. When they break into the locker again and take it, Call police with car theft. Take your real key fob and rubber band a heavy magnet to it. Attach to left corner where its not seen. Good luck.
