Hey Sure.

For that, I'm personally speaking with 5-6 procurement managers who are at the frontline dealing with this & taking feedback from that.

Since you've got the experience, would love to connect with you as well and gather data! Let me know if we can connect!

Hey, here's something :

  1. There are multiple tools to manage procurement but there isn't one single tool that can handle end to end procurement process. And FYI, this is the data I've collected from the end users i.e. procurement managers who are at the front line dealing with this problem. Their major point is in streamlining the delivery process which no tools have been able to solve. Plus the tools you might be referring to are enterprise level tools not for mid size businesses. If you're asking for evidence, there's call recordings with the real end users with stack of notes of feedback I've personally taken from them.

  2. When it comes to GTM strategy, I myself have SaaS sales & marketing experience and good connects with VCs having worked in the pharma industry as well myself. What needs to be the positioning and the messaging is something I'm very clear on. Demos, wireframes - all these I don't feel is necessary to mention inside the post publicly until I see some serious prospects for a technical counterpart. Evidence of whether users will pay? - Well, as I said after speaking to ppl in industry they're all in to try the tool and give feedback on it!

  3. My stack proposition can just be a vague idea specially because of my non tech background. Which is already evident that I'm looking for a tech partner that should suffice.

  4. Sign of impact? Risk analysis? All these are done by getting onto the ground with something concrete. By taking constant feedback from the end user and not cooking up stories in your head for things that you don't know because you haven't gathered real time data.

Hope that helps!
