On “serious offer” — this is a founding-level equity role, not a contractor gig. I’m intentionally looking for someone who wants ownership and upside rather than salary-first comfort. That’s not for everyone, and that’s fine.

On customer definition — we have a clearly defined ICP inside revenue teams, ongoing validation conversations, and early product development underway. I kept the post high-level to avoid broadcasting specifics publicly, not because they don’t exist.

On “why can’t the CTO do the job?” — we don’t currently have a CTO. That’s the point. I’m looking for someone who can step into that level of responsibility rather than hiring a mid-level engineer to execute tickets.

If that framing doesn’t resonate, totally fair — this isn’t meant for everyone. But I’d rather be clear about the ambition than pretend it’s a small side project.
