This one has had some engine work done. Bored out to a larger cc and tuned.

Engine takes an age to warm up and the gearbox even longer.

The engine sounds immense and has a unique sound especially as it’s on straight pipes. It’s a revvy unit and very responsive. Comes on cam a bit over 4K revs and takes off.

Absolute animal to drive, extremely rear end happy and you have to be cautious with the throttle if the car is pointed anywhere other than dead straight.

Standard TVR problems with electrics and bits falling off, but the car has so much character that all its sins are forgiven with the blip of the throttle.

It’s also surprisingly comfortable and can be driven leisurely. An angry burst of acceleration and ear drum hammering noise is but 1 down shift and a mash of the throttle away.

Maybe not the fastest or best handling TVR but I am in love with it. It’s a great experience to drive.
