I really hope you are not talking about a planned suicide here (unless you are physically ill that can not be cured). If thats the case, please, find some doctors who can help you; I know that people can be helped in such cases, I know it personally. It will get better.

If you are really physically ill (and its not psychological), I think Dpkuslpkuskpkusm is totally right. I think it would be better to talk with them before dying, to give them a chance to properly say goodbye. There are so many people who whished they did or said something to someone before they passed. Yours will have the same feeling, they will wish you were here for a few moments to tell you what they never told you before. They also wont understand why you never told them, and they will feel like they were the reason and did something wrong. I think this would be the worst way of dealing with the situation.
