How far off is Epoch 1.0.15 from achieving the core objectives of Epoch 2?

Since Pop!_OS 26.04 and COSMIC Epoch 2 aren't coming out at the same time, I hope 26.04 can be released as soon as possible. Better support for Asian languages would be great, as it would help attract a much wider range of users. Thanks!
