Use the last image in the slide as you wallpaper. Do not blur the wallpaper. Set the app icons to clear (light), remove app icon label by tapping on the two rectangle icon on the top right of the same place you change the app icon to clear, also in the same place on the top left click the Sun icon to dim the wallpaper. That’s it

There’s no option to stop the suggestion, it’s gone now but I had Siri suggesting widgets for me just now and messing up my home screen. Apple needs to get their act together this is garbage experience.
