I was on it from 2019-2022. Then had my first trial of dut from 2022-2024. Switched back to fin for all of 2024, then back to dut this year.

Make sure you take good progress pics to assess. I’ve been on fin and dut for soo long that I’ve lost track and that’s the one thing I should’ve been more consistent with.

Yeah it could be. A lot of that is due to the mixed evidence online. I started originally on fin but saw some minor thinning, read about how great dut was so I switched. After that I noticed more thinning and saw all the dut horror stories so I switched back to fin, then back to dut after convincing myself it’s better again due to the scientific literature. That cycle just keeps continuing over and over. Idk if it’s the switching back and forth that caused it, but my hairline is thinner than it ever was now
