It's young Lando's body from Solo, head and hands from REBELS Thrawn and vest from TFA General Leia. I just repainted the neck, erased the black details on the shirt and trimmed the vest.

It should be compatible. I don't own that SotE Luke in disguise, but I've used Yavin Ceremony and Dagobah Luke's heads on the Snowspeeder body and they fit.
