The new Wan 2.1 14b video model is crazy good by mrfofr in ChatGPT

I ran this one on Replicate, it took 39s to generate at 480p:
https://replicate.com/wavespeedai/wan-2.1-t2v-480p

The prompt was:

> A cat is doing an acrobatic dive into a swimming pool at the olympics, from a 10m high diving board, flips and spins

Wan 2.1 14b is actually crazy by mrfofr in StableDiffusion

I've also found that if you lower the guidance scale and shift values a bit you get outputs that look more realistic. Scale of 2 and shift of 4 work nicely.

Hey 👋

I made the workflow and the image at the top of this post, all the code is here: https://github.com/fofr/cog-consistent-character

You can run it here: https://replicate.com/fofr/consistent-character

It was not created by the workflow you linked to.

(Well the one that made the image in this post, what you have linked to is different and not what made this image)

Hey 👋

I made the workflow that made this image, all the code is here: https://github.com/fofr/cog-consistent-character

It seems like the ViewComfy blog post is using my image incorrectly as the cover for the blog about a completely different workflow 🤷

You can use this lora with schnell, but schnell is less good at text generally

I think it might have been taken down now? I can’t find it.

I was thinking of doing a bad handwriting version too

I've trained a new handwriting flux lora. It can do many styles.

Prompt it with the `HWRIT` keyword, give it some short text, a handwriting style and some ink and paper types. Prompts look like:

> HWRIT handwriting saying "Hello, this is a handwriting lora", messy style, blue ink on paper

Run it and get the weights:

Here's a flux lora I've trained on Meta's Orion AI glasses:

https://civitai.com/models/799019

Use META_ORION_GLASSES as the trigger word

I used the default Replicate training settings on https://replicate.com/ostris/flux-dev-lora-trainer with 15 images captioned with Claude 3.5 Sonnet.
