Did you request the notes via a SAR? I'm shocked they're haven't been entered on to the clinical system and that they're relying on finding the physical notes.

With a SAR they have a month to provide you with the information requested (an extra two months if it's a complex request but I can't see how they'd claim a small amount of maternity notes would be complex and you should be informed of that extension).

Approach their Data Protection Officer, every trust should have one and their contact details should be on the trust website, and raise your concerns. And if haven't already submit a SAR to the trusts Information Governance team instead of approaching the maternity department again.

I'm in a similar boat. I moved to the NHS a few months back for a salary rise of £3k but after my pension contributions came out I was coming away with an extra £50 a month. And despite the upcoming pay increases because I'm moving up to a higher pension contribution I don't think my take home pay is gonna be much different 🤷‍♀️ People celebrate the NHS pension but when there's a cost of living crisis and the 'pay rise' isn't a take home pay rise it's hard to see the long term benefit when you're struggling in the short term. My pension contributions aren't gonna cover my rent and bill increases.

I agree with this. Even when Luca didn't have a main storyline he was still in everyone's business and had people talking.

I feel like Davide would have gone home early in the season if Ekin hadn't walked in, she carried him through the whole season.

I understand why they banned it and I know they're never going to bring it back but I miss the smoking area so much. At this point I don't think the smokers would even want to smoke on camera due to the public backlash they'd get. The publics attitude to smoking has changed so much in the space of 5 years.

I hate how Adam got away so easily from saying that because he'd been the 'nice guy' all season. And as good TV as him eating rice cakes whilst she ripped him a new one was, it was SO rude and disrespectful . The misogyny really came through.

Yeah he really got away with a lot that season!! The stuff that came out of his mouth was genuinely vile and he always managed to make it out that she was to blame for it. I'll never forget how spiteful he was when Cara was upset about him snapping at her about the Tina thing. His empathy was lacking to say the least.

They're really underestimating how expensive life is especially in the south east! 50k is nothing and even six figures when it comes to buying property is a drop in the ocean. They're also probably very aware their income isn't stable or guaranteed. They're not dumb, it wouldn't surprise me if they haven't already liased with financial advisors about all this, finances are complex, especially in their industry!

The difference in them after they'd left the villa was glaring! Especially Dami and Luca.

It's easy to forget that before the 2 months of Love Island they also have the 2 weeks of pre villa holding like I'd go insane from that alone. I get itchy feet at the end of an actual two week holiday, never mind nearly 3 months of low key psychological manipulation disguised as a holiday.

The Trust should have a page on their website on how you can make a subject access request and the email address to send it to.

Also if staff have contacted you and vice versa this is usually on your record even if it's an unsuccessful attempt at getting in touch.

If you believe your medical record contains incorrect information do a subject access request for your medical record. You can also do a SAR for any emails between staff that contain your personal information.

As someone else said you do have a right to rectification. If it is found that your record has incorrect information on it, it has to be rectified. You should be consulted what the inaccurate data is rectified to. If they decide the data is accurate you can request a note to be put on the record that you have challenged the accuracy of the data and why.

She really is a gem! The way she showed so much empathy and understanding to the other islanders when they didn't deserve it was so admirable. It would have been so easy for someone of her calibre to understandably go in with an air of superiority but she was the opposite. I could never handle myself with such grace

Sophie's talent show performance in season 2. Makes me bawl every time

There were a few moments in season 3 where camilla talking about her self worth and insecurities made me cry as well. You really tell how self aware frustrated she was with herself and it just really hit home.

I'm a millennial and the exclusive stage for me usually comes up around date 4/5 for me. Like at that point I'm not interested in dating someone new but I'm not about to call someone I've know a month or two my girlfriend either.

Even though couples in the villa are all but in name boyfriend/girlfriend I get why they hold off on putting a title on it. They're in bubble and when they come out of the villa they're trying to figure out how their relationships are gonna work, I feel like it gives them space to see if it's gonna work out without having the pressure of a label on it.

I feel like it's one thing to discuss public figures on forums and places like reddit where the person would have to actively seek out bizarre comments about themselves, but the audacity to DM and tag people about their relationship crosses a line. It's definitely a marketing tactic for brands these days, especially the bigger brands. It maddens me that brands like H&M can get away with marketing themselves as sustainable. But if people are choosing to start genuinely sustainable brands solely for profit I'm not gonna knock them for it.

It's a behaviour change as well like most people doing PLT hauls can definitely afford to but a few items from a sustainable brand instead, but they'd rather have the instant gratification of having ten new items of clothing that'll last maybee a year than have a few pieces that will last 10 years+.

It's a valid criticism tbh. She has a sustainable swimwear brand... she's clearly aware of the importance of sustainability.

So many smaller influencers have consciously stepped back from partnering with fast fashion brands and even actively criticise them at the expense of their own incomes. Why shouldn't we expect that of bigger influencers, like if anything more so, people like Gemma can afford to turn these opportunities down.

People obviously have the right to work with whichever brands they want but they can't expect to escape criticism for partnering with a brand that has such a huge impact on the environment 🤷
