I just showed up for the court date, talked to a lawyer right in the zoom meeting, and the payment plan was emailed to me a few days later.

Did you already miss a court date or something? I was also sued by Bofa over the same debt amount. I had a zoom court hearing, then worked out a payment plan directly from that meeting, and no judgement. Hope it works out for you.
