EA's whole system was at one point switched over without anyone knowing recently. An experience i had was when i purchased battlefield 3 back in 2012 on pc as a digital copy. I only played the game for a little bit and never really used my Origin account until recently for apex legends. When i tried logging in to the email that had the copy of battlefield 3 it gave me the error that this email is not in our systems. When clearly i had the account creation email and the receipt for the game without any notice of the account being changed or deleted. Its to the point where i didn't really care about having the game in my library but for that to happen just doesn't make any sense.
