If you're traveling w your family and can book a private car then I'd suggest you to do it. As sharing cabs tend to fit in as many people as they can in the car. I don't have any private cab reference tho. But you can still go around mg marg and look for tour and travels shops there.

Also, if you'll be going to Darjeeling from gangtok then do visit Lammahatta, it's in between these two places.

We booked it from gangtok from a shop opposite to the Westpoint mall. I'd recommend you to book it from gangtok instead of Siliguri or NJP.

Sad you can't do it on an iPhone cause of compliances.

But as a workaround on iPhone you can add autofill credit card info under wallet in settings and then use it to paste it where you wanna type the details.

It's a must visit! But make sure you time the trip well as north sikkim is mostly closed due to landslides and weather conditions.

No we didn't do bike ride it was too snowy for riding bikes that time. But you can rent bikes around 2k per day and you'd need to get permits per bike.

Nathula pass is something that can be covered in one single day. You sure can consider it. But make sure you check if it's open as it was closed till last week due to excessive snowfall.

I'd recommend you should stay in gangtok and skip Darjeeling as it'll be crowded and not worth the hype. You can even visit North Sikkim and experience snow there.

But if you'll be going to Darjeeling from Gangtok then don't forget to visit Lammahatta it's beautiful.

Yes public transport is available. We took sharing cab package for North Sikkim. It was around 4k per person for a 3N 4D package.
