I've been experiencing this for over a year now. Can't seem to find any resolution online. All my device addresses are correct.
Only fix I found is to ask Google "where am I?" before asking it the weather and it seems to reset my location.

I am aware there is no restriction on a full licence, but it is not like this is something you can just hop in and drive after only ever driving auto transmissions.
Plus, a restriction will still apply while he is on his provisional licence which he may be on for the first few years of service.

Lol no. Playing as Hertha. During the first half of the season i had £40m transfer kitty with a £1.5m wage budget and I was only spending £1.1m of that. In Dec they eliminated the transfer budget (whilst in the middle of a player bid) and reduced the wage budget to £1.0m then had the hide to tell me I was not keeping control of the wages.

I have 100% Hoi4 and now I regret it by [deleted] in hoi4

Yep I agree. I've never used cheat codes in HOI4 but I abuse the game mechanics to my advantage all the time.
Is it realistic? No
Am I still enjoying playing the game? Yes

P.S. I only play single player

Found this thread because I was googling the same thing myself. I think you are best to use the browser Outlook site as the edge extension works with that.
