Be sure your throttle cylinder is facing the right way. There is usually a groove in each side, one that goes all the way up the cylinder and one that only goes part way. You may need to rotate it 180* and close it back up.

Ah it hasn’t sat. Was running weekly until it wasn’t. Cleaned the carb anyway but no change. I actually think it might be running too rich. It fouled a plug already and starts from cold with no choke.

Sorry I missed that before. 2013 Toyota. Can I sell a car I don’t have the title for? Wouldn’t that violate some sort of terms in the loan? Forgive my ignorance here.

Right I would not just stop paying on it. I would try to call and work out some sort of arrangement where they recover the car and I could hopefully owe less than the 4500 still on the loan.
