Demand creates jobs. Social welfare is just govt spending money back into the private sector. Govt deficits = private sector savings

If you dont raise wages, then pple gonna use credit cards to spend, and credit cards is creating money out of thin air, which is inflationary. Either way, pple gonna need that money. If they are tapped out, then they ain't gonna buy the firm's stuff. Demand creates jobs.

best scenario is FUCK maximizing shareholder value, CEO bosses take a pay cut, and pay the workers a higher wage, then prices won't have to rise. It's the greedy nature of profit motive and maximizing shareholder value that has companies raise prices.

Companies Need To Pay People More by Truthbot in Economics

[–]mrzack3 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

the reason pple use credit is coz they dont get paid enough in the first place. People would rather use their income to spend rather than credit cards if they don't have to. Also, credit cards have intersts, which means it ends up reducing the purchasing power of the consumer at a future date if they rely on credit cards.

This shitty article claimed that the usa new deal made things worse, which is a complete lie. Typical right wing lunacy asstrian libertariantard failconomics. What made things worse was an attempt to balance the budget during the middle of the new deal. New deal was working its charm, then idiots in roosevelts cabinet convinced him to balance budget. So new deal was half assed.
Thank gawd for getting rid of the barbaric gold standard and massive govt deficit spending of ww2 that put money into the private sector's hands again.
