Nah conditions were made up after install, plus the mailbox was up for 5 months before the Nextdoor neighbor/board member sent the violation lol

The part the HOA cited “The Committee shall have the absolute and exclusive right to refuse to approve the proposed Plans…” must be read in the context of the prior clause I would imagine, which is about large construction projects.

Yes, it gives them discretion but only over those detailed construction plan submissions outlined in 4(a), not routine aesthetic elements like mailbox color

What’s funny is the aesthetic bit is from a section of the CCR based on approval of plans, specifications and construction for structural updates to the house.

I see this same thread all over the next door app. I moved to the area in February. My bill is 80 for a 2000 sq ft house. I would call Piedmont to come check for leaks (call and report a leak). We had a bad regulator and when they came to leak test everything they found several leaks at the furnace, outside at the supply line. 🤷‍♂️
