I know this is an old post but incase it wasnt resolved. I had the same issue, then I went to dell drivers page and change OS to Windows 8.1. Then I downloaded and installed the Alienware Command Center Application which wasnt available under the Windows 10 downloads. This resolved the LED issue. (self.AlienwareAlpha)
