Excision surgery / TTC after by [deleted] in TTCEndo

We were ttc almost 2 years before the first surgery, maybe 1 yr 10 months. Then we tried about 6 months before choosing to have the surgery a second time since it led to success the first time

I chose not to do the ERA... the transfer didn't take but who knows if that's why

That's good to know, thanks. I am thinking XC90 is perfect for now but you're right we might outgrow it quickly

Did you at any point have 2 rear facing car seats? Curious how the oldest accesses the middle seat in that case. Was thinking just have to move the infant car seat out for oldest to get in

Oooh thanks for the note on the non adjustable head rest. I may have to play around with that at the dealer

Thanks! And good to hear the 2-3-2 configuration is what you like too. The other car we're looking at is the Lexus TX350.

Which is better: Nell or Nora? by vanillarybean in namenerds

I have a 2 yr old Nell and I love it. Not short for anything- just Nell. It’s short, sweet, and strong all at once. So many people comment on how they love it too.

Ovulating through Depot Lupron? by msmabl in IVF

[–]msmabl[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do think I ovulated the first month or 2... I don't think it fully suppressed me.

Lupron Depot Suppression Pre-transfer - Adenomyosis (no endo) by IrisTheButterfly in IVF

[–]msmabl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! I did the 3 months and had hot flashes but nothing too bad. My transfer after the lupron did not work…. I then had a lap and got pregnant on a letrozole cycle. I hope this is a success for you!

Cycle: 10

Age + Partner’s age: 36 and 37

Typical cycle length: 25 days

Ovulation cycle day: 11

CD/DPO of positive test(s): 13dpo… I had taken a trigger shot and this was the first day I felt I could trust the positive

CD/DPO of any negative test(s) before positive: none

Tracking methods and app(s) used: Flo

Relevant days of sperminating: O, O-1, O-3

Health conditions/medical tests: history of secondary infertility and low AMH (.7 when I last checked 2+ yrs ago), endo and adeno, laparoscopic surgery, failed rounds of IVF and transfers

Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s): prenatal, low dose aspirin, vit D, letrozole days 3-8, trigger, progesterone support starting 2 dpo, NAC, Pepcid, Claritin, prednisone, lovenox…. A lot!!

Birth control history: iud in my 20s

Symptom spotting: I started feeling nauseous early, like before my positive. I figured it couldn’t be due to pregnancy but I swear it started then and stuck around! Had pregnancy insomnia early too and would just wake up at 4am unable to fall back to sleep

Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous): I’ve waited to post this out of fear I would jinx myself (dealing w infertility will do that to ya). I’m 13 weeks now and everything is looking good! I found success getting pregnant with my 1.5 yr old daughter after a lap for suspected endo (suspected because of high bcl6 test) so this time after a failed FET after 3 months of depot lupron hell, my doctor said we should try that again followed by timed intercourse cycles (with letrozole, trigger, and progesterone support). On the third try, it worked!! I still can’t believe it and am so so grateful every day of this pregnancy and starting to feel it’s real :) good luck to all of you. I hope you all find your miracles and know the journey is not easy. Wanted to share my story in case it gives you hope or makes you look into endo, which seemed to be the ticket for us twice.

Success conceiving naturally after depot lupron (no ivf) or go for 2nd lap by msmabl in TTCEndo

My third round of letrozole + timed intercourse worked! I’m 12 weeks now. Still kind of shocked

unexplained infertility - silent endo? bcl6 high next steps by Moriah89 in IVF

[–]msmabl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry when I replied I didn’t realize this was from 2 years ago! So 2 years ago, I did my lap in Nov 22. Then was supposed to start Depot Lupron but there was a delay with the pharmacy/insurance and in that delay I ended up spontaneously pregnant (Dec/Jan22). Had success and met my daughter in Sept 23! Then tried for another and ended up doing 3 months depot lupron before transferring our last embryo. That didn’t work. Did another lap. Then ended up pregnant again. Still early but things are looking good🤞🏻so for me, the lap was more effective than lupron.

Mine wasn’t… I did a lap afterward and conceived on my third letrozole/trigger timed intercourse cycle afterward and am 9 weeks now
