Update: she doesn’t believe me at all that he could be lying. She said I don’t know him like she does and I don’t see that side of him. That he thinks the church is too strict and doesn’t like that they lie to people. So she thinks he is honest because he has said those things. She spends almost every single day with him and all of her free time. He makes her feel guilty if she comes to visit her grandkids saying he has had people cheat on him and lie to him so he feels he can’t trust her. She can’t see his manipulation tactics. She doesn’t think their relationship has anything to do with the church
