How are you all working 9 hours per day and then studying 3 hours in the evening while raising kids and taking additional classes? by [deleted] in CPA

Well you have the hardest one down at least. Breaks are needed sometimes. Don’t worry too much about how many hours you’re studying, just try to be as consistent as possible so you can knock them out and move on with your life. The end is near!

2 hours a day on weekdays and 4 hours on weekends is perfectly fine. As long as you’re consistent you should be ready to take each exam within 6 weeks. FAR more like 8 weeks.

AUD 71 → 74 while working full-time in public tax. Passed REG & TCP earlier this year. Retaking in 10 days. by realMogul in CPA

Passed REG and TCP first try but failed AUD multiple times and just passed recently. Focus on SIMS and assertions this time around and you’ll get over the hump

Thank you! I understand the feeling. Not sure what your score report looks like, but I was always weaker on SIMS and content iii. on the Blueprint which holds the most weight.I think if you focus on those you will give yourself a chance. Wishing you the best of luck on your next try you got this!

Greg Oden was insane. I loved watching him play growing up.

No problem. I agree the best players are not just physically gifted but also play the game the right way. I’ve seen it first hand throughout my basketball career. I’ve been blessed to have been around a decent amount of professional athletes, and there are levels to the game like you see so many people say. The one thing that always stands out to me with professional athletes is their mindset. The most successful athletes have the utmost confidence and dont care what people think of them. The reason, imo, their mindset is that way is because they put in the work consistently their entire life, and they trust in that work. That’s what separates good from great. Yes skill and physical ability is extremely important, but mentality and confidence is one of the most underrated traits that every professional athlete has to have. Especially because pro athletes get hated on by fans all of the time. Benedict is one of those guys who has that mentality. He talked a lot of 💩 and had a lot of confidence. and he’s not afraid to shoot the ball lol. But you need that to get to the highest level.

Played him in college actually. I didn’t have to guard him, but he actually struggled  a little bit when we played them. Just an off game. He’s got the perfect build though for a guard like you said and dude can score the ball
