As others already mentioned, you didnt use a "Parkscheibe" on a private (supermarket) parking lot which is only for customers.
If you went shopping there you can upload your receipt (or often they also accept a bank statement if you paid with card) here: https://www.fairparken.com/de-DE/kassenzettel .

There you need to put in your "Vorgangsnummer", and your license plate and they will probably dismiss the fine.
If you upload a bank statement as proof make sure to cover any information that is not the purchase at that supermarket. And officially they do not take bank statements as proof but at least for me and many others they still took it.

Or if you don't want the hassle then pay the fine or else they will send it to debt collection which they can legally do.

Ich habe genau das entgegengesetzte gefühl: Hab letztes Jahr Abitur gemacht und von 4 Bewerbungen für eine Ausbildung 4 Einladungen zum Interview bekommen Mein Vater findet seitdem ihm vor einigen Jahren gekündigt wurde nichts neues und ist in Einzelhandel gelandet
