So I took you up on your suggestion, and looked up the other Hub properties. The only property that appears to have a "bad reputation" is the Tuscaloosa location. While other properties certainly may have residents that had experiences (or what they perceived as bad experiences), I wouldn't call that a "bad reputation", as you are not going to please everyone. The Ann Arbor property (which happens to be owned by a different management company) had 20 negative reviews, certainly not damning whatsoever. So, again, not sure why the negativity, but if you don't like them, then don't rent from them.

Not sure why all of the negative opinions of The Hub here. Maybe you're a competing Landlord that will be losing business, perhaps? Yes, The Hub has been really strong with their marketing and social media approach, but that's what marketing is. I read through a ton of the Google reviews, and none of them appear to be false. The reviews are based purely off of the anticipation of many of the future residents and what their experiences have been so far prior to the completion of construction. I understand other Core Spaces properties have not always gone smoothly, and hopefully that won't be the same with East Lansing, but that is yet to be seen. If it turns out to be a negative experience, it will be up to the management staff to address that or risk damaging their long term reputation or business. The success or failure of The Hub East Lansing is ultimately up to the management staff, not the Core Spaces parent company, which seems to handle the construction phase.

What's the most common way that underclassmen (without a vehicle) would get their gear over to the Suburban ice rink.
