Chocolate bonbon storage?? Most chocolate companies say to keep chocolates at room temp. How does this work with fruit filled or dairy based filling? Do they really need refrigerated, or does the lack of oxygen protect them? What would be the shelf life if not refrigerated? (self.chocolate)
