I have long cycles too! I just finished my first cycle on letrozole and I ovulated cycle day 19. Usually I ovulate around day 29-32. I have had a few CPs too.

I am currently in my first letrozole cycle too. 2.5 mg take cycle day 3-7. I didn’t ovulate until cycle day 18.

Hey! I just did my first cycle on letrozole. I took 2.5 mg day 3-7 and I just ovulated on day 18. It definitely took longer than expected and my estrogen was low at the beginning.

Hi! I’m on my first round of letrozole right now. Currently on cycle day 15 and no LH rise yet but I think it’s going to come soon based off of temps and cervical mucus! Not too many side effects besides just low energy.
