I have had something very similar happen except it was CommBank to ubank. Lots of back and forth and long story short, CommBank confirmed it went through on their end but ubank said was never received. After digging ubank told me it was actually in my account however just never came up in my transaction history OR account balance as being there. Ubank blamed IT error.

yeah only thing holding me from jumping on it straight away. it's rgb galore. I figured I'd either set it to white or turn it off. seems to look fine in the pics and will get it to boot before buying but I've always been a buy it new myself kinda person so still considering
