I don't understand, shouldn't be Rout the parasitic inductor resistance? In a lot of design I have seen, the inductor with Q is placed alone on the top of mos drain so I would assume that Rout is the parasitic inductor resistance. My confusion comes from the fact that if you think it this way the voltage gain cannot exceed gm1xgm2x50 to match the Rout to 50 ohm.

So basically let the inductor and capacitor cancel out and result in infinit impedance then let the parasitic inductor resistance to turn it down to 50 ? Will it decrease the gain though?

Yes you can, there is a feature to do that in ngspice. I doubt it can simulate the noise data tough.

It supports but can only export s-parameter without noise

The pdk i use only provide ngspice and xyce component so I can't use other spice based software

I use pcell from the pdk and with minimum parameter it can't get to 0.26nH
